Today, we visited the Olympic Sculpture Park downtown. We walked along the waterfront and saw that the local market extended into the park. We met some nice people selling produce and crafts. Among the vendors, I saw one women with many jars of naturally made liquid honey. Her company, "Sweet As Can Bee" tries to create 
new flavors to persuade people who usually don't like bees or the taste of their honey to think otherwise. This included new and interesting recipes, such as Butterscotch, Smores and Mint Chocolate Chip. With so many odd tastes and a new outlook on honey, of course I had to sample some!
